Wet Grinding Ball Mill Working Principle:
The working principle of the wet grinding ball mill is a marvel of engineering. The electric motor powers the cylinder to rotate via a reducer, causing the interior's broken ore and steel balls to ascend to a certain height under the combined influence of friction and eccentric forces generated by the rotation. As gravity takes over, the ores descend and are progressively pulverized by the impact and grinding forces. The crushed ore is expelled from the cylinder through the discharge section and subsequently classified by a spiral classifier. Coarse sand is redirected back to the ball mill by the joint feeding machine for further grinding. The feeding machine ensures a steady and uniform supply of materials, ushering ores into the ball mill consistently. Consequently, the ground materials are continuously discharged from the Chinaware ball mill, making it a 24/7 operational powder grinding powerhouse.
