This inspection equipment is outfitted with Nine industrial cameras.
Camera1 is a Top camera, that inspects the outer diameter meet the drawing requirements.
Camera2 is a Bottom camera, able to check the bottom outer diameter.
Camera3 is a Top camera, that inspects the inner diameter meet the drawing requirements.
Camera4-9 is are 45° tilt camera used to check the surface of the product for appearance defects such as sand holes, pits, protrusions, and bumps.
