Product Description
HWS-II Rail Grinding Machine is a small machine for cutting out the nodules of rail thermit welding. It is suitable for all types of rail 50-75kg/m, and can be carried out on the welding base or line. It is a supporting tool for stress release of ultra-long or interval seamless line and repair of broken rail.

Basic structure and working principle
The machine is mainly composed of a frame, a manual pump station, two horizontal oil cylinders, a guide device, and a thrust knife, as shown in the figure below. During the operation, the push machine is mounted on the rail on both sides of the welding tumor, so that the guide device is close to the rail jaw, and then reciprocally shake the handle on the hydraulic pump station, and with the cylinder piston rod extended, the push knife moves relative, generating shear force to remove the welding tumor.
