1.Raw Material Collection: Collect waste solar panels from sources such as solar power stations, defective products from solar panel manufacturers, and waste building photovoltaic facilities.
2.Frame Removal: The recycled waste photovoltaic panels are first used to remove the aluminum frame of the solar panel using a frame removal machine to obtain metallic aluminum.
3.Glass Removal: Use a deglazing machine to remove the glass on the surface of solar panels with aluminum frames to obtain glass particles.
4.Shredding: Use a shredder to shred the solar back panel after removing the aluminum frame and glass.
5.Crushing: The shredded materials enter the crusher to separate the battery cells, back plates and metal.
6.Grinding: The crushed materials enter the mill and are ground into uniform particles.
7.Screening: The ground material enters the screening machine to separate the EVA and the backing plate, and first collect the silver silicon powder.
