Nylon brush wire
Nylon 6: Excellent recovery, temperature resistance and wear resistance, low melting point, and wide process temperature range.
Nylon 66: Compared with nylon 6, nylon 66 in the same wire diameter, its hardness, recovery, wear resistance are slightly better, temperature resistance up to 150 degrees Celsius.
Nylon 610: smaller density, lower water absorption than nylon 66 and nylon 6 size, good stability, easy to process molding. Strong alkali resistance, more resistant to common weak acids than double 6 and single 6, but easily soluble in formic acid.
Nylon 612: water absorption is smaller, temperature resistance is the best, mechanical strength is greater than nylon 6, nylon 66, nylon 610, longer brush life.
Abrasive brush wire
Silicon carbide: high thermal conductivity, small thermal expansion coefficient, good wear resistance, in addition to abrasive, there are many other uses.
Alumina: mainly used for grinding (slight), polishing, deburring, textile grinding, etc., among which the characteristics of high temperature resistance are mainly used for brushing products with higher technical requirements and higher temperature scenes.
Metal brush wire (colored/colorless)
Brass: has strong wear resistance, and is currently used more in industrial products.
Carbon steel: also known as carbon steel, refers to the carbon content of less than 2.11% Wc iron carbon alloy. The higher the carbon content, the higher the hardness, the higher the strength, but the lower the prospect.
Stainless steel: melting point 1398-1454ºC, has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low temperature strength and mechanical properties; Stamping, bending and other hot processing is good, no heat treatment hardening phenomenon (use temperature -196C-800ºC), corrosion resistance in the atmosphere.

Wool: relatively soft, made of wool brush, because of its soft texture in the use of the process will not cause damage to the surface of the product, the texture is extremely delicate.
Plant hair - Mexican white brown (sisal): natural plant fiber, anti-static effect is excellent.
