The exquisite coordination structure of peristaltic hose pump
The degree of vacuum in the pump body is generated by alternately extruding Sunpace's special hose with the pressure roller cycle.
The press roll squeezing hose and conveys the material forward to the outlet, and at the same time, the pressure roller returns from
the Sunpace's special hose and the rebound of the hose will inhale more inlet fluid.
Since each press roller is a fully pressurized hose, the material doesn't flow back, providing accurate metering system and pressure performance.
The conveying material is only in contact with the inner wall of the hose, so it is not necessary use expensive sealing system, valves and other
auxiliary equipment, can be easily transport abrasive material.

The hose of the peristaltic hose pump is the core component that determines the performance, durability and efficiency of the peristaltic pump.
We have a unique chemical formula developed independently and use high-quality synthetic rubber to produce the pump hoses.
The rubber is reinforced with multi-layered material and subjected to high-precision machining.
Therefore, the hose can be sensitive material due to backflow, reduce the metering accuracy, or caused the abrasive materials to erodes the components.

Q:How can I pay for my items? What is the payment you can provide?
A:Usually by T/T, 30% down payment once PI confirmed, the balance will be paid after inspection and before shipment. L/C at sight

A:1 year for main construction warranty.
Q:How long is production lead time?
A:Normally 15 working days. If client need urgently, we have a huge spare parts stock, we could finish assembly and testing in 7 days.
