Product Description
The screen boxes from SHANGHAI KMINDA TECH. CO., LTD are designed for maximum processing capacity with minimal floor area. Each layer of screen box is independent, stacked in multiple layers for efficient screening. The slurry distributor ensures even distribution of pulp to each feed box, promoting optimal screening effects under various conditions.
A secondary slurry system between screen sections enhances the passage of fine particles. The polyurethane flexible screen with high opening rate and wear-resistant properties ensures durability. The screen frame is coated with wear-resistant polyurethane, while wear-resistant rubber plates protect other parts in contact with materials, extending the product's service life.
These screens, available in 1 to 8 decks, are suitable for wet classification and dehydration of fine particles in mineral processing, coal preparation, non-metallic, and other industries.
