1. Heating
Induction's speed, precision, repeatability and energy-efficiency make it the natural choice for heating billets.
JL-15/25 can be used for small rod billet heating, heating temperature can be up to 1100 degree C in several seconds. Widely used for wrought iron heating, small bolts and nuts making etc.
2. Brazing
Brazing uses heat and a filler metal (alloy) to join metals. Once melted, the alloy flows between close-fitting base metals (the pieces being joined) by capillary action. This molten filler alloy interacts with a thin layer of the base metal to form a strong, leak-proof joint.
3. Melting
Mainly used for melting and heat preservation of Cast iron, Alloy steel, Gold, Silver, Other magnetic materials, as well as Copper, Brass, Bronze, Aluminum, Zinc, and Other non-magnetic materials.
Max temperature is 2500ºC, melting speed is only 5-8mins.
