Main performance of asynchronous motor test system:

Asynchronous motor test system system functions:
(1) It can control the switch operation of the motor on the computer;
(2) The system has manual and automatic test mode (this mode can be operated without connecting to the computer), and the whole process can be realized on the display controller on the control cabinet; Data can be latched for manual recording;
(3) The system has an automatic test mode: that is, the load is automatically loaded according to the setting, and the characteristic curve of the motor from no-load to stalled rotor (or set value) is scanned;
(4) The system has a fixed-point test mode: that is, after the motor runs, the load is automatically adjusted to the set value, and it runs stably at the set value;
(5) Test results: motor test data is displayed in the form of reports or curves, which can be printed and saved, which is convenient for opening the query curve next time, and the curve coordinate parameters (abscissa and ordinate) can be trimmed;
(6) Rated torque test accuracy: 0.5%; Speed accuracy 0.2%;
(7) Dynamometer range: 0.01Nm-1000Nm (customers can choose the dynamometer with appropriate range according to their own motor power)
