Introduction
X-ray fluorescence sulfur analyzer is a new type of computerized quantitative analysis instrument. Based on the principle of X-ray fluorescence energy dispersion, it adopts environmentally friendly X-ray tube excitation technology, and is an advanced physical measurement method analysis instrument composed of nuclear electronics and microcomputers. It does not require any chemical reagents for detection, and is more accurate and faster than chemical analysis. It can detect the sulfur content in liquid and solid powder samples in as fast as 30 seconds.
Main uses:
1. Measure the total sulfur mass percentage content in liquid samples such as crude oil, heavy oil, diesel, kerosene, gasoline, naphtha, etc.;
2. Measure the sulfur content in solid powder samples, such as anode carbon blocks, petroleum coke, modified asphalt and other carbon materials;
3. Measure the total sulfur or sulfide content in lubricating oil and petroleum additives;
4. Measure the total sulfur or sulfide content in other liquids and solids.
Instrument features
1. The instrument automatically selects the working curve, and there is no need to manually select the working curve of the corresponding range according to the sulfur content.
2. After long-term use, the spectrum peak drifts, and the instrument can automatically stabilize the spectrum and peak and adjust through the instrument screen membrane, and the user no longer needs to open the outer cover to adjust.
3. The instrument has two power supply modes of AC 220V/DC 12V for users to choose, which is convenient for customers to use in the field.
4. The core of the instrument is like a computer. It can expand functions according to the special needs of different users and realize remote upgrades through the USB port of the instrument.
5. The unique mechanical structure design makes the inlet and outlet sample delivery operation almost silent.
