Our Pressurized with enamel double tank system : Inner tank is enameled and second tank as jacket for inner tank. The glycol will circulate from collector to jacket to heat inner tank hot water.
Remark: About double tank , it means there is two tanks design for different purpose .Inner tank is for hot water storage use. Outside the inner tank there is another tank , it is just like a jacket for inner tank ,we can call it jacket tank. It is for fluid circulation purpose. The fluid (glycol) will depends on nativity to exchange heat between jacket tank and flat plate collector.

Advantage of the enamel double tank flat plate solar water heater1.Enamel coating is well know for long lifetime. Anti-rust better than chrom .
2. Enamel tank wall is smooth ,not easy to breed bacteria ,harmless to water quality.
3.With jacket tank design as the heat exchange, the circulation fluid is heat transfer oil such as glycol. It is no harm to system , especially can keep the flat plate solar collector longer lifetime. Not like the directly circulation with water, There will be scale for long time working and the scale will block the system and lower the heating effeciency.
4.Good water quality for shower.
5.Easy cleaning . The tank is design with flange plate which can remove for maintein and cleaning job.
6.Our enamel is well coated in well look blue and enough enamel thickness to sure 5years guarantee.
Our special design of tank :
There is additional design with electric heater, Differ from the common design, we adopt the electric heater in 1 1/4'' adjustable double protection type that is easy to remove , change and save the electrical job. The common one is flange type electric heater, the electrical job will be complicate and replace job will be not so easy.
