Customized Solvent Deoiling and Dewaxing Oil Refining Separation Equipment with Advanced Filtration System

1, Dewaxing and deoiling are seamlessly integrated into a single comprehensive process within our state-of-the-art devices, efficiently producing both dewaxed oil and paraffin wax. Our solvent dewaxing technology begins with wax-containing raw oil, which, in the presence of a selective solvent, is cooled to prompt wax crystallization. This crystallization process is enhanced by the solvent's ability to dissolve oil while leaving wax insoluble or less soluble, forming a solid-liquid phase. Through precision filtration, the wax and oil are meticulously separated. The solvent not only acts as a selective dissolver but also reduces oil viscosity, optimizing conditions for crystallization and separation. Key factors influencing the efficiency of solvent dewaxing and deoiling include the properties and composition of the solvent, the quantity of solvent used, the method of solvent addition, cooling rate, and the solvent's moisture content.

2, During production, the solvent within the filtrate and wax undergoes recycling through a sophisticated solvent recovery system, featuring either double-effect or triple-effect evaporation. This process necessitates simultaneous operation of both the low-pressure and high-pressure towers, particularly during flash and stripping phases.

3, As the solvent cycle progresses, increased water content necessitates entry into a drying tower system for meticulous dehydration and drying of the solvent, ensuring optimal performance.




4. The cooling and crystallization of the raw material solution within the solvent dewaxing and deoiling unit occur in a horizontally oriented sleeve crystallizer. Here, the raw material solution is gradually cooled and crystallizes as it moves forward through the pipe, equipped with a rotating scraper that enhances the process.

5, The crystallized raw material solution is guided into a vacuum filter, where a vacuum pump efficiently extracts the solvent and oil. Wax is adsorbed onto the vacuum filter drum, from which it is expertly scraped off. Given the solvent content within the wax and oil, they are directed to the extraction tower for further solvent recovery.

6, In the wax refining and molding stage, wax containing solvent enters a mixing tank where clay is added for refining. This mixture then proceeds to an automatic slag filter for separation, yielding refined wax. This refined wax is subsequently processed in a forming machine, with enterprises typically opting for a grain wax forming machine, a wax block forming machine, or both, to achieve high output.
