High Performance Honeycomb Rotor Dehumidifier for Nylon/PC/PBT/Pet

TDH series honeycomb rotor dehumidifier is mainly to work with hopper dryer together which is specialized for drying engineering plastics to contain high hygroscopicity such as Nylon, PC, PBT, PET etc. It adapts high efficiency rotor which can ensure dew-point at-40ºC with stable dehumidifying effect. There are 10 models with the drying air flow ranges from 60-1000m³/hr.

1. Equipped with microprocessor, can accurately control regenerative temperature , the actual temperature difference can be controlled within ±0.1°to ensure dew-point stable.
2. The imported honeycomb rotor can provide dry air at dew-point-32ºC~-40ºC during continuous load operation, and even below-40ºC if it is equipped with chilled water. The dry dew point is smooth and the temperature control is accurate and stable.
3. To adopt silica gel absorption honeycomb with low regenerative temperature at 150ºC which can save more power if compare with molecular sieve structure with regenerative temperature above 200ºC.
4. Return air filter is installed inside to ensure no powder & dust contamination to the honeycomb rotor.
5. The dehumidification system adopts cooler structure to ensure lower return air temperature and dew point for improving the quality of finished products greatly thanks to supply stable dehumidified at -40ºC dew-point, controlled temperature precisely.
6. The structure of cooler adopts stainless steel easy disassembly design, for dehumidifying oily plastic resin, easier to clean.
7. Using imported superb parts which enhance function and extend service life for saving maintenance cost.
