Powered by full AC servo motors, the robots operate on three axes for traverse/crosswise/main arm, and five axes for traverse/crosswise/vertical movements of both main arm and sub-arm. Achieve super high-speed take-out at an impressive 1.4 seconds and maintain a dry cycle time within just 5.6 seconds. Every linear movement is precisely controlled by servo-driven systems, working in harmony with the high-rigidity linear guide rail structure to ensure high precision and remarkable repeatability. Additionally, customizable AC/BC rotation axes are available to accommodate various customer product requirements.
