EP Lubricant for High Density Mud HEP-1

HEP-1 is a kind of ester based lubricant. It could improve the lubricity property of drilling fluids under the high temperature and high salinity. The introduction of metal bonds into the HEP-1 molecule makes its adsorption film on the surface of drilling tools more firm, thereby enhancing its lubrication effect under extreme pressure conditions. It is an excellent EP lubricant. The recommend dosage is 7.0-10.5 ppb.

- Good lubricating property to be used in directional, horizontal and other complex wells.
- Perform well up to 200 ºC, can be applied in deep wells or ultra-deep wells.
- Reasonable salt resistance, can be applied in freshwater, saltwater, saturated saltwater and seawater drilling fluids.
- Perform better lubricating property under high-density and high solid content condition, applicable to maintain lubricity of high density drilling fluids.
It is a liquid packaged in 50L, 200 L, 1000L drums. International packaging may vary. And they shall be stored in a shady and dry place with good ventilation
