**High-Efficiency Sealing Solution for Large-Scale Glass Projects**
The acid-curing silicone structural glass sealant is specially designed for sealing applications in aquariums, large glass panels, premium glass installations, skylights, aluminum alloy glass doors and windows, and large showcase assemblies. As a single-component sealant, this product offers exceptional adhesion and weather resistance, making it an ideal material for glass installation and assembly projects, ensuring long-term waterproofing and moisture resistance.
**Suitable Materials**
- Glass, ceramics, fiberglass
- Non-oily wood, aluminum profiles
- Painted surfaces
- Particularly suitable for aluminum alloy surfaces; for powder-coated aluminum, ensure thorough removal of coatings and wax residues using a solvent before application.
**Limitations of Use**
- Not suitable for concrete, cement-based materials, or structural components
- Not recommended for zinc, brass, copper, lead, or other metal substrates
- Not for applications involving continuous water immersion or environments where the sealant is entirely isolated from air before curing
- Not suitable for painted surfaces or projects requiring construction-grade sealants

FINISHED PRODUCT STORAGE WAREHOUSE
APPLICATION
Apply to clean, dry and grease-free surfaces. Cut the nozzle at 45°angle to the desired shape and size. For better appearance, cover outside of joint areas with masking tape before application. Tool immediately after sealant application and remove masking tape before sealant skins.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION AND APPLICATION SCENARIOS
CAUTION
Uncured silicone can irritate eyes and skin. If contact is made with eyes, flush with water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice. Use in well ventilated area and keep out of reach for children.
LIMITATIONS
1.Unsuitable for curtain wall structural applicatio
2.Do not use for below ground.
3.Do not use when substrate temperature is above 50ºC or surfaces that are wet, oily, greasy, dusty or dirty.
4.The surfaces coated with paint are unsuitable for sealant.
5.Do not clean or treat the sealant with materials, solvents or cleaning agents that may affect or discolor the sealant, particularly during sealant cure.
