The high precision automatic general calibrating wide belt sanding machine is mainly used for surface sanding and fixed thickness sanding , suitable for timber , wood panels , block board , plywood , plywood , insulation panels , insulation materials , calcium silicate board , fiberboard , and other products .
The digital readout is used to set the conveyor table height, and 2 sanding rollers switch, and up and down button for manual adjusting,conveyor table switch.
Conveyor belt height can be adjusted on the control panel, up and down to fit for different thickness wood boards.
The reducer is used to adjust the conveyor speed.
1st roller is steel sanding roller is used to calibrating sanding, removing amount up to 0.5mm.
2nd one is combined structure, left one is rubber roller and right steel roller, plus sanding pad, to do fine polishing.
These two sanding rollers are both mounted on the heavy duty cast iron structure, highly reduce the noise and more stable when working.

Our machines are almost assembled before loading in container. It is very easy for installation in your workshop. Video guidance and English manual can be provided freely. Engineers can be sent to service in site if the buyer request.

Most of the spare parts are ready in stock. They will be sent to the buyer directly from our warehouse with original prices.
3. How long can we get replacement parts?
Common spare parts can be delivered by express within one week. Some parts can be purchased locally.
