The ZY8000D intelligent transmitter boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a highest level of 0.075% FS). Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a 99.9% accuracy, offering substantial maintenance cost savings. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, the transmitter easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Additionally, it features superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.
Equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, the ZY8000D can monitor its own status in real-time. Upon detecting fault conditions, it triggers an alert mode, outputting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' instantly identifying and diagnosing the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
