With an intelligent transmitter boasting a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS-and peaking at an impressive 0.075% FS-this instrument maintains 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, ensuring substantial maintenance cost savings. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stressors. Its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an advanced integrated diagnostic function, allowing real-time self-monitoring. Should any predefined events occur, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, outputting a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and signaling system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display immediately shows an 'Err' message, pinpointing the faulty unit for easy maintenance, repair, and replacement, thus streamlining the entire process.
