1.Head rotation
Head rotation angle: 0°/+16°/-16°/factory position can adjust the appropriate angle according to the shape of special panels,increase panel compatibility, and facilitate the operation of large panels.

2.Glue pot type glue coating assembly PUR/EVA dual-use glue pot; can pass 7CM edge banding; prevent glue hanging, glue hoarding, improve utilization, can be one-click glue discharge and glue change.
3.Bearing type belt pressing plate The belt pressing plate is bearing type: the large knob is convenient for adjusting the gap between the edge banding and the glue roller to ensure uniform glue coating.
4.Multiple limiters The new anti-reverse board and U-shaped groove limiter prevent the edge banding from reversing and shifting up and down, ensuring smooth belt feeding.
5.Hot air auxiliary Heating the edge banding strip and softening the edge banding strip makes the edge banding strip and the panel more firmly bonded.
6.Auxiliary pressing The edge banding strip and the panel are pressed twice to increase the bonding firmness.
7.New cutter Ultra-fast cutter, ultra-fast response, ensuring vertical cutting accuracy, compact structure, good cutting flatness.
8.Glue cleaning device Automatically sprays glue cleaning agent to avoid glue sticking on the laminating wheel and the pressure plate, which affects the edge sealing effect.
9.Mobile stacking arm The round stacking arm has a stronger physical load-bearing capacity and realizes lightweight stacking arm, which is more flexible to operate.
