1. Material type
1) Metal material: cast iron, carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, etc.
2) Special material: ceramic coating surface, carbide inner hole (special honing tool required).
2. Hole type and specification
1) Shape: through hole, blind hole, step hole, special-shaped hole (such as tapered hole).
2) Size range: diameter is usually Φ5mm to Φ500mm, depth can reach several meters (special configuration required).
3) Accuracy requirements:
roundness ≤2μm,
cylindricity ≤3μm,
surface roughness: Ra 0.1~0.4μm.
