HMCG-II-E Series Harmonic Reducer
The HMCG-II-E series harmonic reducer features an input shaft connected to the wave generator inner hole through a cross slider coupling. It is compatible with rigid wheel end fixed and flexible wheel end output connection modes. Available in production specifications ranging from 14 to 40 across the full series, this reducer is ideal for high precision applications in aerospace, robotics, semiconductors, power inspection, and automation equipment.
Principle of Harmonic Gear Transmission
The harmonic gear drive, invented by C.W. Musser in 1955, utilizes the elastic deformation of flexible components for movement and power transmission. This innovative transmission mode breaks through traditional rigid component transmissions, offering unique functions difficult to achieve with other drives.
Harmonic Deceleration Principle
The deceleration principle of harmonic gear transmission involves the controlled elastic deformation of the flexwheel, rigid wheel, and wave generator to achieve motion and power transmission. By utilizing the relative motion of these components, the harmonic gear transmission achieves efficient and precise movement.
