Precision Screw Pair
As a typical screw transmission, screw pair has the characteristics of mutual conversion between rotational motion and linear motion. According to the circulation mode, it is divided into internal circulation screw pair and external circulation screw pair. Internal circulation screw pair refers to a screw pair in which the ball never leaves the surface of the screw during the circulation process, and has the characteristics of compact structure, less friction loss, high transmission efficiency, good rigidity, etc.; external circulation screw pair refers to a screw pair in which the ball leaves the surface of the screw when the circulation is reversed, and has the characteristics of simple structure, good processability, and reliable operation.
