Plastic injection mold
This is 24mm PE tear off cap for medicine bottle. The cap demould system by slider and stripper plate and do in 12cavity. The core&cavity use German2344, mould base standard 718H
The mould can be running on 160T injection machine, do in cold runner and automatic demould drop cap can save worker cost and reduce cycle time.
Mould processing by complete steps from design to purchase steel material, first step maching, inspection, precision machining, assemble and test, check samples. The mould steel do heat treatment keep strength and work life.
Operational specifications, regular cleaning and maintenance can make the mold life more longer. When we make mould also provide extra some quick-wear spare parts for customer, such as O ring, ejector pin, water connector, spring and so on which easy to replace basic wearing parts. Normally after sale is one year after mould delivery, DXTL provide technical support all time.
Processing:
After the drawing is confirmed by the customer, the mold will be processed in a perfect and careful way. Every part will be processed and processed, and the size will be checked to see if it is correct. Every link will be monitored effectively to ensure that no error will occur in the process. After the mold assembly is completed, the mold will be tested to verify whether the mold action is OK and whether the product is OK
For mould DXTL provide technical support all time and normally after-sale service 1year which if have any spare parts problem we will repair or change by free but expect damage by human.
