ZY8000Y Intelligent remote transmitter
Intelligent flange remote transmitter sensing the measured pressure through remote transmission devices, then transmit to transmitter through oil-filled capillary. Can measure liquid level and D/P, applicable for high temperature(need transmitter away), high viscosity, easy to precipitate crystalline or corrosive medium. Widely using in petroleum, Chemical industry, Metallurgy, Power, Environment protection, new energy, Machinery equipment industries etc.









ZY8000 the basic accuracy intelligent transmitter is 0.1% FS(highest0.075%FS). After ten years continuous running, it can still maintain 99.9% accuracy, considerable cost saving in maintenance. It adopts strong metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, can cope with extremely chemical & mechanical loads easily. Meanwhile, it has very strong performance of anti-electromagnetic interference, ensure the high stability & high reliability of ZY8000.
ZY8000 have integrated diagnostic function and can realtime monitor the status of itself. The transmitter will enter fault alert mode, output alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and provide control signal for system interlock and SIS safety system after over defined quantity events. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically displays Err, automatically analyzes and displays the faulty unit, making the maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument more simple and convenient.

Adhering to the ZY8000 intelligent high precision pressure/differential pressure transmitter good performance and stability, Imported mono-crystalline silicon chip, lightening protection circuit design, isolated power supply and senor signal greatly improved the stability and anti-interference capability
Different material and different type of remote device combined with special oil filling device maximize the accuracy of transmitter and meet overall clearness needs. Good product stability, highest accuracy on normal temperature up to 0.075%. Explosion proof shell structure can be use in all weather and compatible with HART protocol.
