The high-speed precision five-axis gantry machining center CMC500 has the characteristics of high rigidity, high precision, and high-efficiency processing. The CMS series machine tools adopt a bridge structure layout, which can maintain high-precision processing for a long time; the whole machine adopts finite element analysis to design each component to provide the best overall stability.
The three-axis rapid displacement is 30m/min, the T-T tool change time is only 5 seconds, and the tool magazine is fully loaded for 24 hours without alarm. Each machine tool trial processing sample has passed the machine running and three-dimensional detection to ensure the efficiency and continuous stability of the machine tool after leaving the factory. It is suitable for complex two-dimensional or three-dimensional concave and convex models that require five-axis linkage one-time processing. It is more suitable for small and medium-sized batches of multi-variety processing and production, and can also be used for automatic line mass production.
The latest CNC system, 15-inch LCD screen, dynamic graphic display of tool path, intelligent alarm display, self-diagnosis and other functions are adopted to make the use and maintenance of the machine tool more convenient and quick; the high-speed bus communication method greatly improves the data processing ability and control performance of the CNC system, the program storage capacity is increased to 4G, and the pre-reading ability is increased to 3000 lines/second, which can easily realize fast and accurate data reading, efficient transmission and online processing of large-capacity programs.
