Product Description


The NP series of micro magnetic gear pumps  features a straight tooth profile, external engaged meshing form, and a maximum flow rate of 26ml/Rev. With a pressure differential of 40bar and a working temperature range of -120 to 150°C, this pump is perfect for machinery manufacturing. Certified with CE, ISO, and RoHS, it comes with a lifetime warranty and technical support. Made with SS316L/Hastelloy®/other alloys, and high-grade Peek/ceramic gears, this pump ensures a service life of over 20000 hours.

• Flow rate: 0.2ml/rev~ 26ml/rev (2ml/min-65000ml/min)
• The pressure difference can reach 20Bar under the condition of conveying water in the 42 and 51 series, and the system pressure resistance can reach 100Bar; The pressure difference can reach 30-50Bar under the condition of conveying water in the 60 and 98 series, and the system pressure resistance can reach 100Bar.
• Working speed: 1~ 4000rpm • Working temperature range -120~ 150 degrees Celsius
• The viscosity range of conveying liquid is 0.25~ 10000cps, which can dry run and transport gas-liquid two-phase liquid to a certain extent
• With water as the medium, it can work continuously for more than 20,000 hours under the pressure difference condition above 10Bar; The pressure below 5Bar can work continuously for more than 30,000 hours.
• Metering accuracy up to 0.3%
• Stable flow without pulsation, can be directly combined with the flowmeter to form a high-precision closed-loop control system
• The inlet self-priming height can reach 4 meters under dry operation (please consult the manufacturer for specific working conditions)
