The double-way mixing paddles, made of SUS316L material, ensure no dead angles, facilitating effortless cleaning.
Compliant with GMP standards, the machine is polished to a pristine 300U sanitary finish. The high shear homogenizing structure, engineered with German precision, incorporates imported double-end mechanical sealing and Japanese NSK bearings. Achieving a maximum emulsifying rotation speed of 3600rpm, it delivers a superb shearing fineness ranging from 0.2 to 5um.
For effortless product discharge, our hydraulic tilting system is second to none. We also provide an optional fixed cover to decrease costs and machine height. The vacuum defoaming feature ensures sterile materials, while the vacuum material sucking function prevents dust accumulation, making it ideal for powder products.

- All product-contact parts are crafted from high-grade stainless steel 316L.
High Shear Homogenizer
Installed at the bottom to ensure uniform homogenization, even with low productivity. Features a recycled water cooling system for prolonged operation, effectively handling high-viscosity materials. A frequency conversion speed controller adjusts to various complex formulations (emulsifying capacity: 3 times per minute). Optionally, an upper homogenizer enhances emulsifying for a brighter product. Choose from an array of homogenizer options:
