Qingdao Longyuan Baihong Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. has taken the responsibility of recycling waste resources and creating a green ecological environment. With the continuous technological breakthroughs, our company, cooperating with Qingdao University of Science and Technology,established a laboratory and developed waste tire pyrolysis carbon black equipment, which realized the fourth generation of Industrial Intelligence. Therefore,the factory transformed heavy manual operations into automated production.Our company mainly produces the waste tire recycling production line and automatic fully continuous recycling pyrolysis plant of waste tires, waste rubber, waste plastics, and oil sludge.
Pyrolysis is the process of chemical decomposition of organic matter under high temperature conditions without oxygen. It converts complex polymer compounds, such as waste tires, into simple, low-molecular substances. Through pyrolysis reaction, we are able to process waste tires efficiently for the purpose of tyre refining.
Waste tire pyrolysis to generate oil at high temperature is a highly efficient technology, mainly adopting the principle of rotary kiln pyrolysis. This technology is widely used in waste tire treatment because of its low crushing requirements, uniform quality of pyrolysis, safe operation and low investment with fast returns. In the specific operation, waste tires are put into the pyrolysis equipment to be heated, after dehydration, melting and gasification, and then through the condenser and separator to obtain liquid tire oil.

3. The slag discharge system adopts a double-cycle structure, which controls the slag discharge time within about 40 minutes. The system can discharge slag quickly and cleanly.

5. Adopting a new exhaust gas purification system can make the gas emitted after purification meet the relevant national emission standards.
