Product process:The production process of ceramic balls is divided into: raw material selection and preparation, mixing and deployment, molding, drying, sintering, processing and finishing, quality control.
1.The first step in the production of ceramic balls is to choose the right raw materials. Commonly used materials are alumina, zirconia and other ceramic materials. These raw materials go through various processing steps to ensure they have the required particle size and purity.
2. After the raw materials are pre-treated, they are fully mixed and deployed to achieve uniform composition.
3.There are several methods of molding ceramic balls, including extrusion, isostatic pressure and injection molding. The choice of method depends on factors such as the type of material used, the size and shape of the ball required, and the yield.
4.Once formed, the billet (unfinished ceramic sheet) is dried to remove moisture from it. Drying is usually carried out in a controlled environment to prevent cracking or deformation of the body.
5.After drying, the billet is sintered, which is a process of heating to high temperatures in a controlled atmosphere. Sintering binds particles together to form a dense, hard ceramic material.
6. Processing and finishing: After sintering, the ceramic ball may require further processing or finishing to achieve the desired surface finish.
7. Quality control: Throughout the production process, quality control measures are in place to ensure that the ceramic ball meets the required standards.
