1.Pure Iron for Melting
Pure iron for melting is widely used in producing various types of special alloys, such as mas alloys, electric-thermal alloys, hard magnetic alloys, low-carbon stainless steel and powder metallurgy materials.


2.Pure Iron for Magnetic Materials
High purity iron is suitable to produce Magnetic Material, such as ferrite magnets, NdFeB Permanent Magnets, etc., which are widely applied in fields of electronic, electricity power mechanics, medical apparatus and instruments, toys, package, hardware mechanic, aerospace, etc. The third generational rare earth NdFeB magnet is the most powerful permanent magnets in the current time, it is made of rare earth metal neodymium(29%-32.5%), Iron(63.95%-68.65%), non-metal element Boron, and other additions such as Dysprosium(0.6-8%), Niobium(0.3-0.5%), Aluminum(0.3-0.5%), Copper(0.05-0.15%), etc.


3.Soft Magnetic Materials for Electronic Fields
As a kind of soft magnetic material, high purity iron owns the properties of being magnetized and demagnetized easily, and high saturation induction density, small tension force, etc., which is widely used in the production of all kinds of electromagnetic apparatuses and devices, such as electromagnetic relay, motor, etc., involving in numerous industries, such as aerospace, automotive, machinery manufacturing, electrical, electronics and other industries.


There are numerous advantages to melting high-purity iron. The melting process results in a product with minimal slag, smoke, porosity, variability, and inclusions. The absence of unwanted tramp pick-up from cutting oils and fluids, as well as spitting from trapped moisture, is a further benefit of using clean material. Improved density and simpler handling greatly increase efficiency, allowing for faster furnace charging and tap times while reducing the space required to store raw materials. It is the preferred choice for producing high-quality alloys.
High-purity iron exhibits low coercivity, high permeability, high saturation magnetic induction, stable magnetism, and no magnetic aging.
All of the electromagnetic high-purity iron smelting processes adopt hot metal pretreatment, RH refining, electromagnetic stirring, and other processes. The internal structure is dense and uniform, with a low gas content and low carbon content in the finished product. The electrical high-purity iron has a carbon content of no more than 0.003%.
Cold processing meets the technological requirements for turning, piercing, punching, bending, and drawing. Hot processing, such as re-forging and re-rolling, has a low sensitivity to temperature changes. For processing, this material offers excellent welding and electroplating performance.
