A: We do not have a fixed price list for all items due to the vast array of products and fluctuating prices influenced by raw materials and production costs. For specific product pricing, reach out to us and we'll provide you with a prompt and detailed quotation!
3. Q: I can't find the product on your catalogue, can you make this product for me?
A: While our catalogue showcases most offerings, it might not contain everything. Tell us what you need and
the quantity, and if unavailable, we can design a custom mould. Typically, creating a standard mould takes about 30 days.
4. Q: Can you make customized products and customized packing?
A: Absolutely, we have produced numerous customized products prior. We can incorporate your logo or details on the packing, albeit with a slight additional cost.
5. Q: Can you provide samples? Are the samples free?
A: Certainly, we offer 1-3 free samples for testing or quality assessment.
However, shipping costs are your responsibility. For larger requests, a sample fee applies.
6. Q: What kind of payment do you accept? Can I pay RMB?
A: We accept T/T (Wire transfer). Please ensure we receive the full invoice amount. Payment in RMB is accepted as well.
7. Q: What about your delivery time?
A: We have a substantial stock. Stock items can be dispatched within approximately 7 working days.
For non-stock or insufficient stock items, we'll coordinate delivery timing with you.
8. Q: How to ship my order? Is it safe?
