(1)⇒Introduction:This production line is I am at home and abroad for many years with mesh welding technology experience, independent research and development of innovative devices. Transverse reinforcement raw material storage frame with funnel method, you can store a lot of raw materials. Easy handling, improve production efficiency and reduce labor costs.
Welding wire diameter range of the device is 2.0-4.0 mm, the mesh size is 50-200 mm, stepless adjustable. The maximum width of the welding wire mesh is 1200 mm (also according to customer requirements).
Main Features
(1)The whole machine is controlled by man-machine interface +plc programming control mode, with a high degree of automation.(2)It can weld galvanized wire, cold drawn wire, black wire and other materials, with wide adaptability.
(3)According to the capacitance of users, one-time or fractional welding can be adopted, with great flexibility.
(4)The unit is designed as a separable structure to facilitate specification adjustment and maintenance.
(5)The transformer adopts forced water cooling and is equipped with flow protection device, so that the unit can work reliably and continuously.
(6)The welding pressure shall be uniform to ensure the quality of all welding joints.
(7)The horizontal bar blanking device adopts stepping motor for automatic feeding to reduce labor intensity and improve efficiency.
(8)The vertical dimension of the network can be changed through screen input to meet the needs of multi specification changes of the engineering network.
(9)The horizontal bar blanking position is equipped with a magnetic material throwing mechanism, which has fast blanking speed and high production efficiency.
(10)The electrode is equipped with a device in place to ensure reliable and accurate blanking of the transverse reinforcement.
