The Introduction of Steel Bar Truss Floor Decking System
The steel bar truss floor decking is a composite formwork in which the steel bars in the floor slab are processed into steel bar trusses in the factory, and the steel bar trusses are welded into one piece with the galvanized profiled steel sheet bottom formwork.
During the construction stage, the steel bar truss floor decking can bear the construction load, and it can be directly laid on the beams. After a simple steel bar construction process, the concrete can be poured.
Since it completely replaces the function of the formwork, the formwork erection and dismantling work is reduced, and the construction efficiency of the floor slab is greatly improved.
The steel bar truss floor decking has the characteristics of being economical, convenient, safe and reliable. At present, it is widely used in various structural and construction fields such as multi-story factory buildings, multi-story, high-rise and super high-rise steel structure buildings, various irregular floor surfaces, concrete structures, high-speed railways, etc.

Removable Steel Truss Floor Plate
1)The detachable reinforced truss decking is a combined formwork in which the steel bars in the floor slab are processed into steel bar trusses in the factory, and the steel bar trusses and the bottom plate are assembled into one unit on site. The bottom plate can be selected from bamboo-plywood boards, construction wood formworks, galvanized steel sheets, etc. This formwork system combines the steel bars in the concrete floor slab with the construction formwork into one unit, forming a load-bearing component that can bear the self-weight of the wet concrete and the construction load during the construction stage. Moreover, this component can be used as the lateral support of the beam during the construction stage. In the service stage, the steel bar trusses and the concrete work together to bear the service load.
2)At the construction site, the detachable reinforced truss decking can be directly laid on the steel beams, aluminum formworks or wood formworks, and then a simple steel bar engineering process can be carried out, after which the concrete can be poured. When using this formwork, within its self-bearing load range, there is no need to erect wood formworks and scaffolds. The bamboo-plywood boards at the bottom, construction wood formworks and galvanized steel sheets are only used as formworks and do not replace the stressed steel bars. Therefore, there is no need to consider issues such as fireproof spraying and anti-corrosion maintenance. After the concrete hardens, the bottom plate can be removed and reused. In addition, the steel bars are arranged evenly, and the distance between the upper and lower layers of steel bars and the thickness of the concrete protective layer can be fully guaranteed, creating favorable conditions for improving the construction quality of the floor slab. When the concrete is poured to form the floor slab, it has many advantages such as large overall stiffness of the cast-in-place slab, good seismic performance, good impact resistance and good waterproof performance.
