2. Centralized lubrication and automatic oil supply system: The whole set of equipment is equipped with a centralized lubrication system, the program sets the amount of grease filling and the filling cycle, and the automatic oil supply device automatically completes the filling of lubricating grease according to the program.
3. Convenient scraper pressing mechanism: The scraper is pressed by the chain and one-way sprocket. When cleaning the hanging knife, the tensioning chain can be easily opened, and the scraper can rotate freely, which is convenient for cleaning.
4. Two-position discharge port: Two discharge gates are set at the discharge port of the horizontal double-shaft homogenizer and the abdomen of the pot body to discharge the residual material in the mixing pot, reducing the time for cleaning the residual material. Improve work efficiency.
