Instruction:
Made of advanced resin as ink vehicle and top grade solvents, it is nothing present as lifting, blow out and corrugation on PS/PC/ABS/Organic glass/PVC, high gloss, Excellence adaptability and thick ink layer.
It is able to apply screen printing on PS/PC/ABS/PVC/Organic glass for lighter, plastic cup, PVC film, and pen shell.

1. Fineness: ≤15µ
2. Drying: Surface dry in 5~20 minute, total dry in 24 hour in normal temperature 25C degree. (Prefect adhesive request: after dry in normal temperature, fire at 50C degree in 5 minute)
3. Adhesive force: Outstanding.

Adoption for diluent:
Diluent applies: special diluent for ABS screen printing ink also. 1kg ink mix with 75gsm~150gsm diluent.
Adoption for mesh:
200~350 mesh count apply
Note:
Well stirred before use. The object must clear out oil and dust, and clear up static.
Trial and pass all the test before use.
For fear bad reaction, don't mix with other series printing ink.
Keep in dry and cool place, cover well and away from fire and high temperature.
 

How to screen print on plastic products?

The screen printing is the secondary processing of almost all kinds of plastic products. The reason is mainly determined by the properties of the plastic itself, such as its simple dyeability, and the week solarised colorfastness. To compensate for these shortcomings and to improve the appearance of plastic products, secondary processing is necessary. Plastic printing refers to the technical process of transferring visual original information/image onto a plastic product using a printing screen or other ways. Printing on plastic products includes gravure printing, flexographic printing, screen printing, anti-counterfeiting printing, and jet printing, transfer printing, etc special printing methods. Nowadays, it has been able to print on plastic products with different surface textures, different hardnesses, and different shapes, and is widely used for decoration of plastic packaging films and plastic containers.
