Product Description
BT-303 Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer
50% (High slump retaining type)
Product Introduction
Introducing the BT-303, a cutting-edge polycarboxylate superplasticizer, meticulously crafted using TPEG through free radical polymerization. This innovative product features a unique sustained-release group within its synthesis, delivering remarkable performance under the alkaline conditions of concrete. The slow-releasing group in its molecular structure gradually unleashes its dispersive potential, maintaining cement dispersion and effectively minimizing concrete slump loss. BT-303 exhibits a low water reduction rate, yet it excels in providing superior slump protection. Primarily designed for high-strength concrete that demands enhanced slump retention, BT-303 is extensively utilized in pumping concrete, super-flow self-compacting, high-strength, and high-performance concrete. Its application spans commercial concrete projects for high-speed railways, expressways, hydro-power, and other significant engineering feats.

Product Features
1. Exceptional slump retention: Ensures concrete maintains slump for up to 2 hours without reduction.
2. Though featuring a low water reduction rate, it is typically used in conjunction with water reduction-type mother liquors for optimal results.
4. Slower release time compared to BT-302, generally commencing after 1 hour (subject to variations with changes in concrete materials). Certain fluctuations may occur).
Product Specification:
Application
1. Perfect for various concrete configurations, including early strength, retarded, precast, cast-in-place, flow, self-compacting, mass, high-performance, and clear concretes. Suited for industrial and civil buildings, especially for low-grade commercial concrete.
2. Widely applicable in major national projects, including high-speed railways, nuclear power, water conservancy, hydro-power projects, subways, large bridges, expressways, harbors, and wharves.
3. Suitable for all industrial and civil construction and commercial concrete mixing stations.

How to Use
1. This product is a colorless or light yellow liquid. Ideal dosage: Mix 0-30% mother liquor with water-reducing mother liquor, plus other minor materials, to formulate a water-reducing agent, typically used at 1%~3% of total cementitious material weight.
2. Prior to usage or when altering cement and gravel types or batches, conduct adaptability tests. Based on results, determine the proportion for water-reducing agent formulation.
3. Though rarely used alone, this product can be combined with water-reducing and set-retarding mother liquors to diminish concrete slump loss. Additionally, it can be compounded with functional aids to achieve admixtures with retarder, early-strength, antifreeze, and pumping capabilities. Testing and compounding technology should define application methods and conditions.
4. Compatible with other admixtures such as early strength agents, air entrainment agents, and retarders, but should be tested before application. Avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.
5. To achieve optimal results, it is crucial to determine the concrete cement and mix ratio through meticulous testing. During application, incorporate the mixed and measured water concurrently with the concrete mixer to ensure thorough integration. Prior to full-scale use, conduct a mixing test to guarantee the highest quality standards of the concrete.
6. In scenarios where active admixtures, like fly ash and slag, are integrated within the concrete mix, it is essential to calculate the water-reducing agent based on the total amount of cementing materials. This careful calculation ensures consistent performance and quality.
Packing & Delivery
