Product Description
Mobile seedbed is the main supporting facility for modern protected agriculture seedling cultivation, and its main advantage is to increase the effective planting area. The layout of seedbeds can be arranged vertically or horizontally in the form of islands, but in either arrangement, only one "moving walkway" is needed, and the effective space utilization of greenhouses can be improved to more than 80% by using mobile seedbeds.
The main structure is made of aluminum alloy frame, design working life is 10 years; the grid is 130 mm x 30 mm, made of hot dip galvanized material, it is high corrosion resistance and good load-bearing capacity, design working life is 20 years.

★ Installation of mobile seedbed
1. Measure the placement position of the seedbed leg frame, line and fix the seedbed leg frame.
2. Every seedbed always wants to be straightened horizontally.
3. Link and placement of rolling pipes.
4. Placement of transverse supports.
5. Install the seedbed net and the frame of the seedbed net.
6. Seedbed network connection.
7. Install rollover prevention.
8. Installation is complete.
