4. Use, adjustment and maintenance of equipment
4.1.After the equipment is connected to the power supply, turn on the power switch and start the drum motor, then the drum rotates, and observe whether the rotation direction is correct. If it is reversed, please adjust the inverter to output the terminal phase sequence.
·Total air switch: mainly responsible for the whole power on and off and leakage protection function.
·Axial flow fan: when the power is started, the fan turns to cool down the control box.
Fuse: mainly responsible for controlling the safety effect of circuit short circuit and disconnect (note: no more than 2A)
·Ac contactor: the contactor starts to work when the panel drum is pressed down. It is mainly responsible for the power supply cut off of the inverter.
·Frequency converter: the speed of the drum is adjusted by this knob. Meanwhile, the vibration motor can synchronize with the speed of the drum. It is not easy to rotate at high speed.
(Note: The internal parameters shall not be modified at will, which may cause damage to the equipment)
·Power indicator: When the control power is on, the light will light up, indicating that the power is on. It can be started at any time.
·Drum start button: press the start button when it is needed to work, and the drum will rotate and run. The green light will be on at the same time (Note: when supporting the shell making manipulator, the drum start or stop is controlled by the manipulator control box).
·Power switch: when the whole control circuit is switched on, the power indicator lights up at the same time.
·Drum stop: when the sand spraying work is completed, press this button and the drum will stop rotating (note: when supporting the shell making manipulator, the drum will start or stop by the manipulator control box)
4.2.The sand is slowly poured into the working mouth, and the roller rotates the sand and lifts it to the sand drenching machine through the sand hopper, and then leaks out from the upper upper screen board. After the motor vibrates, the rain drenching effect can be achieved and the sand hanging work can be operated.
Vibrate motor: This vibrates and passes to a sieve so that the sand can be left behind quickly for best rain effect.
4.3.Due to frequent vibration, please check the tightness of the gear of the rear reduction gear of the equipment every six months, as well as whether the position of the support frame moves, and adjust it.
