

The Para-aramid fibre ( "PPAT" ) of YizhengChemical Fibre Company Limited ( "the Company" ) is produced by liquid crystal spinning technology from rigid rod-like macromolecules (PPTA) polymerized by terephthaloyl chloride (TCL) and p-phenylenediamine (PPD)solutions. The production facility, with hundred-ton capacity, has now got 8 patents and the process technology of the product was developed through independent innovation. The Para-aramid fibre, which is also called as Synthetic Wire, is of attractive golden appearance and is often used as special structural materials with properties of light weight and heat resistance.

A: (1) Established a procedure to check products at all stages of the manufacturing process - raw materials, in process materials, validated or tested materials, finished goods, etc. Besides, we have also developed a procedure which identifies the inspection and test status of all items at all stages of the manufacturing process.
(2) 100% inspection in assembly lines. All controls, inspections, equipment, fixtures, total production resources and skills are inspected to ensure they consistently achieve the required quality levels.
Q: How can you deal with quality issues that customer feedback after receiving the goods?
A:(1) Customers take photos of unqualified goods and then our sales staff will send them to Engineering Department to verify
(2) lf the issue is confirmed, our sales staff will explain the root cause and take corrective actions in coming orders.
(3) Finally, we will negotiate with our customers to make some compensation.
