Product Application of PE/HDPE Pipe Extrusion Production Line

GPM Company devoloped a new type of pipe production line for PE, PP and other polyolefin pipes, all models with advanced PLC/PCC modular intelligent control system, in order to realize the whole production line automation and real-time dta recording and closed-loop control, the production line has some high yield, wide adaption of raw materials, sustained and stable production of high quality products.
Main Features PE/HDPE Pipe Production Line
1) High output, capacity can be improved 30-50% at same main power motor condition.
2) High production line speed, Φ20mm pipe can reach 35m/min
3) Haul-off and cutter can use servo control
4) Optional equipment automatic weighing measurement and thickness control system.
High capacity Single Screw Extruder
Special design of barrel, screw structure inner cover and forced cooling system, 50% output higher than normal type.
2-16 claws haul-off machine, choosable acoording to different pipe diameters, all can equiped with servo control system.
