Horse Hay Round Bale Slow Feeder Net, also called slow feeder, hay bale net. It have been available on the market for many years .
Research shows that a free grazing horse will easily eat for between 13 and 18 hours a day. Since a horse has a small stomach in relation to the size of the rest of its body, it is not built to eat too much at one time. The small mesh in the nets reduces access to the feed so the horse chews more for longer periods without over consuming. It can providing your animals with superior health and well-being.
The hay net is made of high tenacity PP and is very strong, hard-wearing, retains its strength when wet, and also withstands extreme heat. You can use it freely indoors and outdoors to feed your animals with hay and soaked hay.
Each rope (PE rope) of the net is woven with 3 strands to make it more durable. Each net goes through a rigorous inspection process to make sure they are the quality you want.
When you travel with your animals you can hang hay from the ground over a fence, in a horse pen, or on a trailer. Small mesh hay consumption slows down to a natural rate. Up to 50% less hay is wasted than if it is not used, your hay will last longer and there is less debris to clear from the ground.
With a small 45mm mesh, the animals pass through the hay for a longer time. This effectively reduces the risk of gastric ulcers, reduces digestive discomfort, and prevents overfeeding in the time between feeds.
