Usage Operation Steps:
1. Deeply wash hair with shampoo, gently massage your hair and rinse thoroughly. Then dry it with towel;
2. Apply ACIDIC KERATIN TREATMENT evenly on hair, the amount depends on different hair types;
3. Heat (40°C) or place at room temperature for 5 ~ 20 mins according to different hair types;
4. Rinse the hair simply;
5. Dry the hair with a blow fan, dry it to 80% while combing the hair at the same time;
6. Straighten the hair with a splint, at 150'C ~ 200'C;
1. Make a allergy skin test before use, put the product behind the ear and leave it for 1 hour.

2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
Reply: Our factory is located in Qingyuan of China. All of our clients are warmly welcome to our factory.
3. How can I get some samples?
Reply:
(1) We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, while the samples are free; this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.
(2) Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account.
4. What is the delivery time?
Reply: 3 working days for sample order and 15-30 working days for bulk OEM order normally, detailed delivery date should be decided according to production season, order quantity and our stock status.
5. What is the payment term?
Reply: 50% payment before production, 50% payment before delivery. We accept payment from TT, Alipay, Wechat, Western Union, Cash.
