DESCRIPTION:
Materials Introduction:High Magnetic Energy Product (BHmax): Provides a strong magnetic field, enhancing the efficiency and power density of the motor (typically BHmax>40 MGOe). 
Good Temperature Stability and High Coercivity (Hcj): During the operation of motors, reaching high temperatures could reach of 150ºC~200ºC or even higher. Zhaobao's magnets' high coercivity (Hcj>20 kOe) offers strong resistance to demagnetization at high temperatures. 
Demagnetization Resistance: During rapid start-stop and reverse operations of the motor, the magnet experiences strong demagnetizing fields. Zhaobao's magnets have superior demagnetization resistance to maintain stable magnetic performance. 
Excellent Corrosion Resistance: Common surface treatments include Epoxy, Zinc, and Aluminum plating.

  1. How long can I get a reply?
       You will receive our reply within 20 minutes during our work time 08:00-16:30(UTC-8)
       We will contact you as soon as we can if out of working time.
  2. How about your MOQ?
       ≥5pcs. The specific MOQ depends on different grades, size, item, design and process. Small quantity will also be accepted accordingly.
  3. Can I get free samples?
       For samples that do not need additional to make production tools. If necessary, we can provide free samples for your reference.
  4. What about the production time?
       7~15 days for customized samples, related cost according to your design.
      15~20 days for mass production (150+ kg).                                                                                                                     
  5. What information do I need to provide when I have an inquiry?
       Please let us know the inquiry details include: material grade, shape, dimension, quantity and drawing with magnetic properties, tolerance, surface coating, magnetized direction etc. Or other requirements, such as special packing, delivery time, price term (FOB, CIF, FCA......).
  6. Can you provide the related documents?
       We have relatively complete product certificates and documents. If necessary, we can provide as per your requirements, such as quality system certificates, insurance, certificate of original, product inspection report etc.
  7. Can you guarantee safe and secure shipping of products?
       Our products always use safe and high quality export packing. We usually use vacuum packing and iron shield packing by air to avoid  magnets demagnetization and use wooden pallet or wooden cases that are safe and environmental protection by sea.

       You are welcome to our factory at any time and everything will be arranged well for your arrival.
  9. How can I compare the quality of different NdFeB magnets?
        Please consider factors such as the purity of the raw materials used, the manufacturing process, and the post-processing treatment. High-quality NdFeB magnets will have low levels of impurities and defects, and will be well-manufactured and finished to ensure good performance.
  10. How should I store NdFeB magnets?
        NdFeB magnets should be stored in a dry, cool place away from heat sources and other magnets. They should also be handled carefully to avoid damage, as they can be brittle and prone to cracking. It is also a good idea to store NdFeB magnets away from electronic devices, as the strong magnetic field of the magnets can interfere with their operation.
  11. Can you quote me your best price?
