1. brief introduction
This machine is suitable for straightening welding flange of "⊥" and "H" shap for H-Beam. The straightening principle is based on the lever principle composed of an upper roller and a transmission roller. When the corrected flange passes through, it undergoes bending deformation. Due to the preset force being greater than the yield point of the flange material, the elastic recovery coefficient decreases, thereby achieving the correction purpose.
  1. Performance characteristics
    1. Its main transmission adopts hydraulic motor+750 reducer transmission, with high transmission efficiency, large output torque, and fast correction speed.
    2. The straightening hole type adjustment adopts a hydraulic upward pressure structure, which has a large transmission torque, smooth operation, and easy adjustment.
    3. All straightening rollers are forged from high-quality alloy steel and undergo overall heat treatment to avoid the defect of easy cracking of the part.
    4. The straightening principle is to use the upper roller device and the transmission roller to form a hole pattern based on the lever principle, so that the straightened flange passes through the hole pattern, undergoes bending deformation, and is restored to the required correction shape through elasticity, thereby achieving continuous correction of the I-beam flange to meet quality standards.
