Material: 100% spun polyester yarn TFO grade AAA (made by our own factory), disperse dyes, silicon oil.
Count: 20/2, 20/3, 20/4, 20/6, 30/2, 30/3, 40/2, 40/3, 50/2, 50/3, 60/2, 60/3, 80/2, etc.Color: color card with 600 colors available, small quantity order acceptable.

Landy brand Spun polyester sewing thread is made of 100% brand Sinopec Yizheng 1.33dtex X 38mm polyester staple fiber of high-tenacity, low-elongation by advanced machines such as Schlafhorst Autoconers from Germany, Rieter draw frames from Switzerlan, dyed by high quality disperse dyes under 130 degree centigrade high temperature , and finished by fine silicon oil. The rate of exhausting lubricant is 2-6 %. It is featured by perfect glossy luster, excellent lubricity, few knots, good rotting proof, low water shrinkage, high fastness to abrasion, washing, sunlight, perspriration and sublimation. Landy brand Spun polyester sewing thread is especially applicable for high-speed sewing machines. It can reduce the number of broken threads dramatically in the sewing process, to improve the quality of the sewing products, to improve the production efficiency and to reduce the production cost.
