Product Description
This production line for making E6013 / E7018 welding electrodes, including descaling machine, tip roller, butt welding machine, wire drawing machine(pulley type wire drawing machine/straight line wire drawing machine), wire cutting machine, powder mixer, wire feeding machine, screw powder coating machine(hydraulic slug presser), head-tail grinder machine, electrode eccentric measuring machine, electrical cabinet, auxiliary line machine, words printer, box type hot air circulation drying furnace(chain layer drying furnace), shrink packing machine, strapping machine, reclaiming machine, straightening machine.
-Wire drawing machine is used for drawing of steel, aluminum, copper and other metal wire . The metal wire rod can be drawn by single draw of the unites depends on its sizes. From wire rod inlet to finished wire outlet, all wire drawing process was completed at one time . Along with the wire drawing, the winding drum increasing speed accordingly.
-Power mixer is the especial machine for welding electrode production, which is used to dry mixing and wet mixing. It adopt double-S axles to forward and reverse mixing, which mix welding powder more uniform. The machine with big torque, especially suitable for mixing common and special welding electrodes power.
-Wire cutting machine is the special equipment for welding electrode production line. It's used for straightening and cutting the welding rod core wire.
-Head-tail grinder machine is the special equipment for welding electrode production line. It grinding arc head and clamping end tail of electrodes.
-Auxiliary line is used for feeding electrodes from head-tail grinder machine to drying furnace and also feeding the electrodes out of drying furnace. It has 3 parts.
-Straightening machine is used to straightening the unqualified electrodes . After drying electrodes, maybe some electrodes surface scratched or damaged, which can use straightening machine to remove most of dry welding powder, then use reclaiming machine to remove rest welding powder, then the core wire and the powder can be recycled.
-Screw powder coating machine is the special equipment for welding electrode production line . It is adopt of screw power coating craft , to make continously powder coating on the surface of core wire.
-Reclaiming machine is the special equipment for welding electrode production line. It is used for remove wet welding powder on electrodes, then the core wire and the powder can be recycled.
-The furnace mainly designed for drying special welding electrode, and can be used also for the preheating and drying of other materials or heating treatment of metals under 450ºC.
