1). Improve stretching intensity
As the content of silicon ashstones increases, the tensile strength is increasing. According to experimental data, the thinner the number of meters of silicon ashstones, the better the tensile strength.
2). Improve bending
Adding 30%silicon ashstones to PA, the curved strength and bending modulus are significantly improved. This is mainly due to the characteristics and rigidity of the cashmelite, which makes it obvious technical advantages in sheets, plates, film, plastic products, etc.
3). Improve stability
The contraction rate of PA and PP is about 1-2%, and after joining the mineral fiber, the contraction rate can be significantly reduced. Adding an appropriate amount of mineral fiber during the manufacturing process of precision injection plastic parts and large plastic products can effectively maintain plastic products effectively The size stability can also shorten the processing cooling cycle.
4).improve resistance
Silicon ash has a special needle -shaped structure and unique physical and mechanical properties, which can greatly enhance the friction and heat resistance of the finished product.
5). Improve thermal change temperature
Add 30%silicon ashstone, and the thermal deformation temperature increases from 105ºC to 177 ºC, an increase of up to 70ºC.
