The specific magnetic susceptibility of the solid particles in the slurry is not less than 3000×0.000001 cm3/g, the particle size is 0.1 ~ 0.8 mm, and the feed concentration is ≥ 60%.
- This machine relies on the internal magnetic system of the cylinder to form a filter cake. The magnetic materials are adsorbed on the filter cloth in magnetic clusters under the action of the magnetic force and the gravity of the particles themselves. The adsorption speed is fast and the efficiency is high.
- With the upper feeding, the minerals in the filter cake are layered according to the particle size, and the formed filter cake is thick and has good air permeability.
- When the cylinder is transferred to the dehydration zone, the remaining moisture in the filter cake penetrates the filter cloth and is drawn out through the two vacuum pipes on the filter chamber and the distribution head, and the filter cake has a low moisture content.
- After the material is dehydrated, compressed air is used for unloading, and the unloading speed is fast.
- The filter cloth is cleaned by alternating air and water, and compressed air blows the water out from the inside to the outside. The cleaning effect is good, and the pores of the filter cloth are effectively prevented from clogging.
