SG series Mixing Granulating Machine is the extensively used processor for converting extruded particles or moist granules from a mixer granulator. This machine makes damp granules into beautiful pellet by setting rotating centrifugal disk, blower, and pneumatic nozzle. Feed damp granule into rotating centrifugal disk, start fan then start rotating centrifugal disk .It can make the damp granule undertaken the action of air floating force in ring gap, rotating centrifugal strength and gravity itself, appear circle rope-turning movement and become high-degree ball shape pellet.This machine is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical and light industries. etc, to blend powdery materials and granulate. The blending and granulating procedures and completed in the same vessel of the machine. Powdery materials in the stationary conic vessel remain in a semi-flowing and oiling state owing to the agitation by a blending paddle, and are fully mixed. After pouring in adhesives ,the powdery materials gradually change into fine, damp granules turn moist and their shapes begin paddle and the inside wall of vessel, powdery materials turn into loose, soft materials. Through the action of granule shaping paddle, the soft materials gradually change into fine, damp granules with the same size.
Working Principles
In the cylinder (conical) container, powder materials and binder will be mixed into moist soft materials by the mixed paddles at the bottom. Then they will be cutted into uniform wet-particles by the side high-speed smashed paddles

Working Principle
In wet granulation, powder is charged into the working vessel and the product is vigorcusly mixed by an impeller. Then it is wetted by spraying binder. Finally it becomes uniform wet granules by a chopper.
